Manager Willy and his team were not only accommodating but also remarkably friendly towards our family, including our two children under 18. Their flexibility with our early check-in allowed us to relax after a long journey, while the hot tea they offered upon our arrival was a heartwarming gesture that set the tone for our stay.Our spacious room provided a stunning view of the mountains, creating a peaceful atmosphere for us to unwind. The hotel's family-friendly environment was evident throughout our time there - from the delicious breakfast that pleased even my picky eaters to the helpfulness of the staff who always had a smile for the children.Hotel Santa Cruz offered a balance of comfort and local charm, making it an ideal choice for families seeking a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere during their travels in Huaraz.
