As an anthropologist, family vacations are a rare opportunity for me to observe social interactions in a different context, and Hotel Santa Cruz in Huaraz was a welcoming setting for such. Manager Willy and his team were not only accommodating but also remarkably friendly towards our family, including our two children under 18. Their flexibility with our early check-in allowed us to relax after a long journey, while the hot tea they offered upon our arrival was a heartwarming gesture that set the tone for our stay.Our spacious room provided a stunning view of the mountains, creating a peaceful atmosphere for us to unwind. The hotel's family-friendly environment was evident throughout our time there - from the delicious breakfast that pleased even my picky eaters to the helpfulness of the staff who always had a smile for the children.Hotel Santa Cruz offered a balance of comfort and local charm, making it an ideal choice for families seeking a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere during their travels in Huaraz.
